| Law 26.105. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR THE FACILITATION OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN MERCOSUR, SIGNED IN BELO HORIZONTE DECEMBER 16th, 2004.
By Law 26.105 published today, the Agreement signed by the countries member of MERCOSUR – Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay – on December 16th, 2004 has been regulated. Under this agreement the businessmen and businesswomen as well as the companies, will be able to set up their business in the territory of the signing countries without further restrictions than the ones that are demanded for their own nationals.
